Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
FRIDAY
Afternoon: Private transfer from Barcelona or Girona Airport to Exus Natur.
17:00 – 18:00 Check-in & welcome drink.
19:30 Opening session & program overview.
20:30 Healthy welcome dinner using fresh local ingredients.
Day 2: active exploration
SATURDAY
08:00 – 09:15 Hatha Vinyasa Yoga session with Liana Yoga Sana.
10:30 – 12:30 Guided walk through olive groves with olive oil tasting and light aperitif in nature.
14:00 Free time — optional lunch at nearby restaurant or request a light wellness brunch (not included).
17:00 – 18:00 Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
20:00 Wholesome Mediterranean dinner.
Day 3: Yoga session & Farewell
SUNDAY
08:00 – 09:00: Yin Yoga session focusing on long stretches
and gentle release.
09:30 – 10:00: Gratitude meditation & closing circle.
11:00 Farewell meal (brunch or lunch, specify upon booking).
12:00 Private transfer to airport.
