ITINERARY OVERVIEW - Suggested Schedule
Day 1: Arrival & mediterean Welcome
Arrival: Private transfer from Barcelona or Girona
Airport to Hostal Empúries.
Afternoon Activity: Guided walk along the Empúries coastal path,
passing Roman and Greek ruins. Includes a professional
photo session to capture the moment.
Welcome Dinner: At Villa Teresita, featuring a bespoke Mediterranean
menu paired with Empordà wines, and a short introduction to
local culinary heritage.
Day 2: Training & Maritime Escape
Breakfast: Premium buffet with wild salmon, Iberian ham,
detox juices & more.
Morning Training (2h): High-intensity padel focused on tactical
and technical analysis and visualization.
Afternoon Wellness: Personalized healthy therapies, such as
chiropractic alignment, vibratory neurosedative massage,
and recovery treatments.
Day 3: gastronomy & spa recovery
Breakfast: Premium buffet at the hotel.
Morning Training (1.5h): Focus on refining technical weaknesses.
Lunch: Seaside dining at Oreig Restaurant (Cala Montgó), with a choice of Catalan or Japanese fusion cuisine. (Not included)
Afternoon: Spa & massage session with aromatherapy oils and thermal circuit for recovery and relaxation.
Day 4: Olive Culture & Medieval Discovery
Breakfast: Premium buffet.
Morning Training (1,5h): We’ll train key defensive strategies in padel, such as using the lob effectively and making smart use of the walls
Midday: Visit to the Oli de Fontclara olive groves with a sensory extra virgin oil tasting and local Empordà products.
Lunch: Traditional cuisine in Peratallada, a charming stone village. (Not included)
Afternoon: Guided tour of medieval villages with a local historian.
Day 5: Coastal Exploration & Wine Tastin
Breakfast: Premium buffet.
Morning Training (1.5h): Train your net game: volleys, overhead, bandejas and viboras sharpen your attacking skills
Midday Activity: Boat trip to the Medes Islands, a protected marine reserve.
Lunch: At Cal Tet, a renowned local seafood restaurant. (Not included)
Afternoon: Wine tasting at Mas Geli, among vineyards and rolling hills or free time.
Day 6: Friendly Competition & Farewell
Breakfast: Final premium buffet.
Morning Matches: Play with local players, with live coaching & tactical feedback.
Aperitif: Social moment at the club with snacks and local wines.
Farewell Lunch: At Villa Teresita, closing with Mediterranean flair.
Departure: Private transfer to the airport.

Note: Luggage stored during morning matches and returned before lunch.
